roy jones vs david haye

    this would be a good fight at say 200 lbs..id pick roy to give haye a boxing lesson..and i think the fight would be pretty huge as well.,

    Haye would absolutely destroy Jones Jr at 200lb, and it wouldn't have even mattered if it was in Roy's prime.

    Yeah, Roy's prime was at 175 and below(with 168 being his best weight).

    No chance, Haye would be all over Jones like a rash. He'd most likely get KO'd.

    Even so, Roy Jones Jr looked damn good against John Ruiz, but even that Roy gets knocked out by Haye. A really bad match-up for Jones. Haye is 6'3, and has comparable handspeed. An awful lot of power too.

    in truth i think if roy can survive the first few rounds..'i think he can'..haye would be looking for the ko with wild 'hayemakers'..get tierd slow down then roy would give him a boxing lesson

    haye will ktfo of jones.jones will look the way he did when glen johnson koed him. let's not get excited over rj's win over a shot fighter like lacy. people are just stroking his ego after that, and it's not good for his health. remeber what happened after he beat an overweight tito at 170 pds, people said he's back, and ready to fight calzaghe. calzaghe made him look like an old man.rj's days at the top are over. was over many years ago.

    the truth is roys confident will be shaken becase he knows hayes devastating punching power and therefore will fight a different fight. hayes punches will be too hard and roy will be forced into survival mode. this isnt a good fight

    roy has more ring smarts then haye..even at 36 roy is faster then haye..haye may hit harder..but you cant hit what you cant catch..both dont have the best chins..after remember haye lost to a true over the hill guy with a fraction of roys skill..'cant remember his name'..dont write roy off against anyone..roy is a atg
