He was a fighter who got schooled by shot versions of Fitz and Corbett, neither of which were close to being in Jones league

Both Tyson and Holyfield turned down fights with Jones in 2003, Holyfield is on record saying he turned down 20million because he didn't want to be made to look stupid in the ring

If anyone would be doing the ducking it would be Jeffries drawing the colour line and we all know he did that because he was ducking

Jeffries was so far behind his own corner told him he needed a ko to retain his title.I posted a link on here showing this.
    Mendoza is a blatant LIAR

Jeffries had his last fight in 1904 , [not including his comeback in 1910,] he was 29, if he had continued for another 6 years he may very well have had defeats on his record, especially if he had fought Johnson, McVey etc, instead of the likes of the hapless Munroe.

He wasn't fast enough to catch up with Corbett for 23rds.

If we're going by the "circumstances" of the early 1900's and assuming that Jones was born and raised during this period, then Jeffries wins.... If we're taking a 1990's version of Jones and sending him back in a time machine, then Roy wins.

Roy Jones by TKO in early rounds.

    He's lightyears ahead of Jeffries.

He was schoold by a faded version of Corbvett well before his prime, which is hardly relevant here.

By no stretch of the English language could Fitz be described as having schoolked him.
