    Gman smashed RJJ

    Journeyman Johnson demolished RJJ

RJJ ducked prime Joe, benn and Eubank.

He cherry picked hyped fighters and took steroids.

    RJJ = massive hypejob.

    How was he better?

Benns biggest wins were far superior to RJJ's.

I could beat RJJ now, look what that nobody Danny Green did, when RJJ comes off steroids he got smashed.

That was the fight I was talking about, the decision was debatable at best
This is a good point, its the strategy that Glen Johnson also used against Jones
True, but Benn had never come across a boxer as good as Jones

I disagree, Benn easily beat Malinga.

I also think Benns opposition was better than RJJ, and it can be argued Eubank was technically as good as RJJ if not better, Eubank in his 1st fight against Benn was astounding, a mix of technique, aggression, workrate, power, if that Eubank always showed up, he'd have been an ATG, sadly he rarely showed this as he didn't hav ethe right attitude for boxing.

Gman is also technically on RJJ level, RJJ had never gone to war, no one had taken him there, Benn had been there, when he had the bit between his teeth, he was lethal, I believe, as he said in the interview, he'd have had the bit between his teeth and gone to try and smash RJJ.

When did Gman smash Jones ?I know they fought as ametuers but Gman didn't leave that fight unscathed ..

Johnson beat Jones in the same way Manny beat Oscar he beat a dead fighter !

RJJ ducked a prime Joe ? Benn and Eubank ?
When would he had fought Joe when he was at lt heavy while Joe was still at super middle ?And the Benn Eubank fights have been cleared up in another thread ! Or do you wish to continue telling lies ????

Gman smashed him, this is a fact.

Pac decimated the same ODLH who in his prior fight beat Mayweather, only a ***** says that nonsense about ODLH, 95% of pundits and nearly all of ESB made fun of ODLH for picking on a small man saying it was no competition for ODLH, now all of a sudden people say he was a dead fighter :patsch Lets not forget, ODLH was the heavy betting favourite too, shows what you know.

RJJ ducked Benn as proven in this thread, Eubank said he'd fight RJJ too, Joe was calling RJJ out for years and years, RJJ admitted he never wanted to fight Calzaghe because he was too good and low reward, he could make as much money or more fighting tin cans.

    :smooch

    fantastic post

roy jones is a proven drugs cheat. his achievements should be scrubbed from the record books like ben johnsons. can't believe how many people ignore this when assessing roys career. its likely that some of those poor sanitation workers could have made it through to the final round if he had stayed clean.

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]After enjoying a stellar amateur career, which included a resounding win over Roy Jones, Jr. en route to second place in the 1988 National Golden Gloves competition, Gerald turned pro in the same year

I also read that Gman beat up RJJ everytime in sparring which explains why RJJ avoided Gman like the plague as a pro.

Gman knocked out Jackson, imagine what he would have done to RJJ.
