Roy Jones was a great athlete in his prime, but SRR would have torn him to shreds

I don't remember exactly but it was between 3-6 times over the limit and Hall was at 11 times over the limit.

But he did test fine the 2nd test.

Well if the ripped fuel story is true, which I have no reason to discredit it, It is no big deal to me.

What ever Roy took it was in a concentrated form, it must of been to make him 6x the legal limit.

The thing that paople dont understand is the Steroid testing in boxing was only really started in 2001 and didnt become the norm until 2002. The state of Indiana was way ahead of the times testing back in 2000, I bet that both Jones and Hall were surprised to be tested back then.

The state of Indiana had no laws in place on which to prosecute Jones and Hall so they referred the matter to the WBA and the IBF. The WBA ignored the whole thing but the IBF sent Jones a letter asking him to submit him self for another Urine test

Jones had his lawyer cut a deal in which he didnt have to give them a sample and instead they could test him for his next two fights. Which were the Harmon and Hall fights, both fights in which Roy didnt look exactly great.

    My bad.

He essentially had 6 months to gain the weight.

And he kept the weight on for quite awhile hoping to have a fight with Tyson.

Jones would have beaten SRR at 160. SRR's best weight was at 147 not 160.

Durability wasn't a question for RJJ especially not at 160 early in his career. You can't make such an assumption like that based on RJJ's chin late in his career and at higher weights.
