    I'm biased?? :lol::lol::lol: I'm completely objective, giving you the truth, you stupid blind hypocritical fanboy. It clearly said in the article that ******, Collins' promoter, made the offers. Jones, the notorious liar, was obviously talking out of his needle-marked ass.

    Larry "confirmed" it? :lol::lol::lol: Is he your source, involved in the negotiations?

    You are ******ed son.

    Again, you can't read. The article said, outside of Collins' quotes, that ****** made the Jones camp the offers.

    If I had any regard for you as a human being, I'd be disappointed in your stupidity and blind hero worship.

    Jones was indeed a steroid cheat, and he has a very weak punch resistance, which is why he chose to display his skills against parking attendants and manual labourers instead of the top prize fighters of his era.
    To his credit, he did eventually step it up, and in turn was brutally brought back down to Earth.

    No the article only says ****** made the offer because of Collins quotes of ****** making the offer. Your only going by Collins word. Roy never ducked him. Roy would have killed him.

    Some smarty-pants types say if you look at Roy's decline in the ring compared to the operational periods of BALCO tells the whole story.

    No, I'm not only going by Collins' word. ****** himself comments on it;

    "Promoter Frank ****** has made a big-money bid to match the IBF super- middleweight champ against WBO holder Collins.

    ****** wants to unify the crown in an exciting challenge series also including Italy's WBC champ Vincenzo Nardiello, due to defend against Merseysider Robin Reid.

    And he has made a pounds 2million-plus offer for Jones to come and take on Irish tough-guy Collins. Meanwhile, unbeaten Jones is trying to get Collins over to the States.

    ****** said: "Steve asked for a big fight - he will only fight the best. There's a 50 per cent chance of Benn coming off but a Jones contest would be a huge fight as well."

    Take your head out of your ass. Roy ducked Collins and you know it. Just accept it and you'll feel better.

    Roy was largely a reflex and speed fighter, very evident from watching his fights.

    Once the reflexes went after his early thirties, his weaknesses were exposed, but before that he was freakishly unstoppable.

    You have slimball Frank ****** as your truthteller ? Lmao hes the biggest leach in boxing. If you want to listen to liar like ****** then go ahead. Collins camp were the only ones to claim they made an offer. Larry Merchant whos netural even said Collins turned down a lot of money to fight Jones.

    "Steve Collins was last night offered a three million dollar carrot to cut short his retirement for a dust-up with ring legend Roy Jones"

    So you admit you've been wrong when repeatedly claiming only Collins' word backed up Jones' ducking of the Collins fight? Good.

    Yes, ******'s word is worth 10 times that of the lying egomaniac steroid cheat Jones and his advisers. ****** made the Jones camp genuine offers. Then, AFTER Collins retired, the Jones camp suddenly make the following miraculous claim in an interview;

    "But in an amazing twist, Jones' adviser Greg Fritz claimed: "Roy has always been very keen to fight Steve and wants Collins to come out of retirement to fight him.

    "Roy would have to get about five million dollars and Steve would have to talk reasonable money - around three million dollars."

    Pure bull****. ****** or Collins' people were never even contacted. Plus the Jones camp threw out unrealistic numbers just in case Collins changed his mind about retiring :lol::lol::lol: . Typical Jones bull****.

    And Larry neutral? :lol::lol: He lied about Jones being the undisputed 175lbs champion during every Jones fight on HBO, rarely mentioning DM's name.

    Like I said, only ****** and Collins are claiming they made offers to Roy. Larry Merchant is neutral and said Collins turned down alot of money. Roy camp stated they made offers. So both sides said they made offers. and as the article states "Steve Collins was last night offered a three million dollar carrot to cut short his retirement for a dust-up with ring legend Roy Jones" Collins had even admitted later he got offer and wasn't happy with the money. Nowhere does it say Roy turned down the fight. Roy never ducked Collins. Fact

    The Jones camp never denied ****** and Collins' offer. If the Jones camp denied it and lied, ****** would probably sue them. The Collins camp weren't contacted about any counter-offer - because there wasn't one.

    • Collins made a genuine offer.
    • Jones pretended to make some imaginary offer after Collins retired.

    Larry definitely wasn't neutral either.

    Like I said Collins had confirmed he got an offer and wasn't happy with the money. Why would Larry even lie about an offer if their wasn't one and why would Collins later admit that 3 million offer he was offered he wasn't happy with ?? like I said before only Collins and his side are claiming he made an offer, nobody else is. There is nowhere which states Roy rejected an offer to fight Collins.
