He's funny, he & Zakman, but those dudes wear out the "GLASS JAW" phrase. I mean, I bet these 2 dudes couldn't stop using that phrase if their life depended on it.

He thinks anyone who gets KO'd or KD'd has a ''Glas Jaw''.I mean he got one right in Khan(who anyone could see it and had an infamous bad chin since the amateurs) and he thinks he is God.I mean he picked ***an to ''brutally KO'' Khan.:patsch

How many ****ing times are you going to do this thread, in all of its variations ?

You've said all this already, too many times to count !

You've already convinced that portion of the forum that's susceptible to your rhetoric !

The other 99.9 % of us are tired of this shyte. Give it a ****in' rest, lad.

"prime" in a boxing sense would mean when they were fighting at their best - it doesn't necessarily mean 'physical prime' or 'age prime'.

Arguably, Hopkins in his early 40's is fighting as good as, if not even better than, he ever has before. I would say he is better now than when he fought Jones Jr. back in the day.

Jones's wins over a pre-Burger King Toney and a solid HEAVYWEIGHT in Ruiz are worth 10 Mario Veits and definitely are worth more than wins over a PAST PRIME Hopkins and a WAY PAST PRIME Jones.

hmm. never rated James Toney myself. But each to their own. He was quite good against Barkley, but then that was it.

and Ruiz.. never been more than completely average in my eyes.

Regardless of whether people find Rico funny, he is nothing more than an irritating troll.

Jones made huge money fighting mismatches on HBO for around $5,000,000 per fight, yes, janitor, garbage man, postal worker, etc., I don't blame him, but it was not fair to other fighters who fought hard fights for little money.

Roy Jones Jnr was the greatest fighter of his generation without question.
In his prime he beat everyone put in front of him from Middleweight to Heavyweight.
The Masterclass he put on against James Toney was a marvel to watch and a Prime Jones would have beaten Calzaghe that is for sure.

He should have fought Darius Michalewski but didn't and you maybe could hold that against him, but i wouldn't say his career was smoke and mirrors, from 93-03 Jones was untouchable, A True Legend.

Only really in the last two. Cant say ive really seen him do it before that.

Hopkins deserved it for being such a wuss and although it was a bit sad to see, Roy was just being given a sip of his own medicine.

I dont like seeing Calzaghe do it but those two had it coming.

1 thing that Joe did but Roy didn't was finally fight over seas. They r both overated. Actually,Roy fought more over the hill fighters then Joe. Roy was more fun 2 watch, tho. Joe's ***** slapping is annoying and he should of fought here a lot earlier.
