You are exaggerating. How can you say that people sound stupid when they involve him in fantasy fight threads at WW? Floyd is also an ATG WW. He first fought there 10 years ago when he was 28. Also, one of the biggest wins of his career, was up at LMW against Oscar. So you shouldn't have an issue.

Leonard is rated higher because he beat far better.competition. Ray would have destroyed Floyd at 147, 154 and 160, a weight Floyd has shown no desire to rise to.

Floyd has been at 147 longer than any weight in his career. But I guess if its stupid to compare Floyd to Ray at welter than its ridiculously stupid to compare Ray to Roy at 168. Bottom line is only one of these fighters have beaten several ATG's and its neither Floyd nor Roy.

I can't see what the issue is with including Floyd in fantasy fights at WW.

People have no problem putting Roy in fantasy fights at HW even though he fought there only once at the very end of his prime. I see no issue either, Floyd is a great WW.

There isn't an issue in my opinion. But with SRL/RJJ, SRL was not nearly at his best at 168. Mayweather on the other hand has had great performances at all weights he has fought for the most part.

I haven't seen many people put Jones in Fantasy fights at Heavyweight. I have seen people mention that he essentially wasted his time with Ruiz and if he wanted to make History he should have fought Lennox.

I see Jones getting knocked out at Light Heavyweight in several ATG fantasy fights. I see him getting beat at a few Super Middleweight fantasy fights (division is really lacking and it isn't that old really). I see him getting knocked out at Middleweight in fantasy fights.

It isn't worth the time to put him in Heavyweight fantasy fights.

I know you feel this way.

But that is exactly my point.. Roy gets criticized for not fighting Lennox. A major mismatch.

Correct. Which is why the TS has chosen the wrong example to illustrate his point.

You clearly don't know **** about boxing. Floyd's first 27 fights were at super feather which is his prime weight. His remainign 21 fights were spread across 4 weight classes.

My problem isn't simply the fantasy fight. My problem is people who try to judge his whole career off WW, and use that as the barometer for measuring his whole career and ATG status.
