Just wrapped up:

Jason Litzau vs. Hylon Williams Jr., 8 rounds @ lightweight

 

Litzau and Williams Jr. fought to a draw.

Scores were 79-73 Litzau, 77-75 Williams Jr., and 76-76.

 

From the highlights I saw it was a pillow fight. High rate of connects, both showed decent hand speed and clipped each other pretty often with straight flurries, very little defense between them, both glued onto their marks in center ring.

 

Earlier on the undercard Mike Oliver was upset by Jonathan Arrellano via KO. :rofl

 

Litzau is still touchable as ever. If he were packing any pop Williams could've iced him with some of the flush shots on that square jaw dangling in the air like a ripe fruit.

To his credit though, Litzau was eating those punches and responding vigorously with his own counter flurries (which had equally little effect on Williams)

 

Might have been a case of Litzau throwing and connecting more but HWJ doing the cleaner work, judging by the highlights.

 

Main event time!

 

Principals are in the ring. Jones is walking around grinning, sticking his gum shield out.

 

Roy Levesta Jones Junior vs. Eric Watkins, 10 rounds @ cruiserweight

 

Round 1

Jones Jr. is mugging and stepping in with his elbows at his nips and knuckles facing inward, thumbs out to either side in an exaggerated high guard. Jones Jr. is dropping his arms on the last step inside, bowing low, jabbing the body, and melting away in a crouch. Watkins is watching and not reacting to Jones Jr.'s foolishness, just positioning himself with deliberate, steady but slow footwork, coming in to meet Jones Jr. and then sidestepping at sharp 90° angles before throwing a stiff jab or 1-2 at the gloves. Jones Jr. is ducking all of these punches and poking Watkins in the navel with light jabs, swinging his arms wildly by his crotch in between and then dancing around, shifting his weight to either foot on a light cushion. Watkins surges forward a few times pushing a jab into the ulna bundle and then hammering with a few right hands over the top, all caught on the back of Jones Jr.'s left glove. Watkins tries stuffing a few body shots beneath the elbows but they're caught on the very bottom of the joint as Jones Jr. scrunches himself up.
