Thanks for the vid. This was a good, exciting fight. The uppercut from Arlovski was a great punch, so was the straight right that sent Big Country down.

They shouldn't have stood him up from side control in rd 1 imo.

Arlovski does have great hands.

 

Big Country Breakfast got spilled in that one. He was not going to finish that kimura but you cannot stand them up at that stage.

 

He got down right screwed.

He very well might have finished the fight, he only had 20 seconds to work, he certainly would have dominated the rest of the round.

 

Damn straight. Nelson was in complete control and working for the submission. Modern MMA rules are stacked against submission specialists.

I liked him in the IFL, but ffs, he cant seem to fight without doing 'The Big Splash' on someone.
