    There was. It was a split second opportunity after the count. The thing is Roy did not move. Deliberately or otherwise. Not normal for a fighter who has killer instinct.

    Before Joe could even come right at him after the count, Roy should have moved for the kill. Didn't you notice he did not move? In such a situation like that, one should go for the kill. It's a split second opportunity.

    Calzaghe got up and came back roaring, it wasnt like he was ripe for the kill and out on his feet. Had Jones lunged at hime Calzaghe would have just gone toe to toe. And JC's chin is a hell of a lot better than RJJ. Which perhaps caused RJJ to refrain from doing that.

    Had he followed up that KD, he could have hurt Joe in that round, never to recover again in the succeeding rounds. He did not move. He was too gentleman a fighter. He paid the price for not doing so.

    He got up to be counted but Roy did not move for the kill. Did you notice that? He could have hurt Joe further had he done that.
