roys jones prime would toy with calzaghe

    yea as i said i feel saturdays fight was joe in his prime peaked late. and an old man barely able to move his arms after the 3rd round. prime jones would have finished calz after the first knockdown old jones did not have the speed or stamina to do it.

    Your stupid the first knockdown was not even a punch it was his damn forearm.

    roy 57 fights. calz 46 roy 4 weight classes came back down. joe 44 fights in euorpe v nobodys eubank who was coming to an end. and maybe kessler who still to prove himself. of course jones is going to age quicker than calz. with some the guys calz fought is it any wonder he is still fresh.

    and forearm or not he went down old jones would have finished him.

    :happy:happy i agree, prime Calzaghe would have beat a prime Jones,,,he embarrassed him on saturday and theres not that much age difference...people forget Calzaghe used to punch alot harder and was even quicker...

    the first post was embarrasing saying that calzaghe would not be remembered as an ATG, but Tyson and Hopkins would,,no mention of even Lewis?? Get a grip you knbow nothing about boxing!!!

    lewis?? i dont think he all time great either. like calz beat a past it jones he beat a past it tyson. tyson prime takes lewis head off.
