Villa is repelling the now heightened offense from the Colombian, whose sense of urgency must have been inflamed with his corner telling him that he now must get a KO. Villa is catching left hooks with a quick raising of his right arm to deflect. Villa is landing some nice southpaw 1-2s now, backing Olea into the ropes, taking charge of the middle of the ring. Doubling up on the accurate left hand, Villa takes out the last bit of wind from Olea's sails by driving him into the ropes and discourages a final big flurry before the bell.

Sharp performance. Olea came in with a typical Colombian banger's record but Villa played matador successfully enough to shut him down completely, and really never tasted a full-on power shot.
