Rubbish Dazn card I'm watching tonight

...and it makes me think

 

Not related to DAZN’s card today. Richards has pulled out though you’re right.

It’s a NextGen card. They have sold more tickets than Ritson Williamson. I am sure they are not expecting a large number of viewers.

 

That is true, but the fights we are watching right now are not worth writing about...

Someone asked when the AJ undercard was being announced.

 

It would be exceptionally unlikely Benn is getting moody eggs by himself, I'd imagine it's a good few boxers in the gym.

 

This card reminds me of some of the young prospects shows Frank Warren has had at York Hall on Friday nights.

As much as we knock shows like this, they are needed and have their place

Thinking about it, the amount of times I used to go York Hall and hardly knew any of the fighters

This is much higher quality. Frank Warren put on a “prospects” show last month and it was a lot worse than this one.

This one has some serious talent in Olympic Silver Medalist Pat McCormack for example. Dacres, Dickinson and French had decent tests.

Also, it is headlined by Cyrus Pattison against a former British champion in Chris Jenkins who was recently robbed against Tyrone McKenna and beat Julius Indongo, in just his 6th fight.

It is far better than a “prospects” show.
