Some of Eubank's euro-stiff competitoin makes Arthur Abraham beam with pride.

If Eubank had gotten thrashed by Toney and Jones and other guys he failed to face his record would look a whole lot worse

I dont think id put Jones up as a guy who was challenging himself. Hes the most protected fighter of his era. You wanna make a list of all the guys Roy ducked?? I didnt think so. Wed be here all day. They didnt have the “eubank-cott” they had the “roycott” for good reason. And Toney lost to Dave Tiberi, montell Griffin (who also beat Jones), and drake thadzi, a real murderers row... lol. Regardless, we arent talking about those guys we are talking about Hurricane Carter who wouldnt have beaten Jones, Toney, or Eubank. Carter is ridiculously overrated by a generation of morons who only know about him from fantasy movie that wasted two hours kissing his murderous ass.

Didn't Eubank kill someone with his car? Talk about murderous....Anyway, Carter was testing himself against the divisions best had Eubank done likewise I think we would have seen far more losses on his record. As it his he has some questionable decision wins.

Thank you,...I'm more of a fan of Carter's robe than I am of Carter.

Im not arguing the merits or lack there of of some of his competition. Im saying he would have kicked Carters ass. In fact several guys he beat would have kicked Carters ass. I certainly dont think Eubank is more overrated than Carter. How can a guy who was a champion in two divisions and fought several great fights be more overrated than a guy didnt accomplish much at all, didnt spend much time in the sport or have much impact on it and has a handful of good wins, not great, good yet many people think (incorrectly) that he was championship material but denied of the opportunity... Eubank might be a little overrated by some (I disagree, I think he was one of the best of his era) but based on his resume how overrated is he really? Ive never seen anyone claim he was some P4P great like they do Jones who has one of the most cherrypicked worthless records in history. Yet people act like its a sin to compare him with Jones or Toney who lost to worse guys than Eubank by a long shot.

Jesus, what an absolute **** of human being do you have to be to take a tragic accident and equate that with a triple homicide?

Carter tested himself afainst the best in the division and failed the test. Nigel Benn, Watson, Collins, Thompson, Rocchiggiani, Calzaghe, et al were all at the top of the division Eubank fought in. To say he wasnt testing himself and having more success than Carter ever did is a pinheaded asinine moronic statement. Several of the men listed aboce were flat out ducked by Roy Jones and several others would have knocked the pack of hotdogs off the back of James Toneys fatass neck. Like I said, lose to drake thadzi, dave tiberi, and montell griffin and you need not pretend you are some unbeatable demigod. ****, every single championship fight Toney had at 160 was razor close and could have easily gone the other way except for Nunn who he stopped after losing damn near every round. Gtfo with that bull****. The only reason people think jones and toney were all that is because they had the backing of the big networks. When Toney spent years fighting off HBO and Showtime nobody thought he was worth a plug nickel and for good reason. Jones cherrypicked his record for years so gratuitously that even hbo called him out on his bull**** and they had a vested interest in him winning! And like I said, they would have kicked Carters mediocre ass as well. Again, please explain to me how Carter, the real Carter not the imaginary one that exist only in your head, explain to me how he beats Eubank who was bigger, stronger, a better boxer, took a better punch, smarter, and faster. Please map that out for me.
