i reckon the Olivares of late 60's bantam day would destroy bantam hamed in 2 rounds. at feather, it would of went longer with the same result
Hamed at feather would have a chance against the Ruebn who did his road work at the disco and his sparring at the no-tell motel...
Well IMO the Bantamweight version of Hamed was the best version; switch hitting, elusive, non power happy and the weight suited him better. He'd outpoint Olivares over the distance I think.
I think stylistically Hamed may have a chance, but there is always that thing to be said that Hamed may not deal with the CLASS of this opponent, as when he fought real class it wasnt very good for him. So it's hard imo, but this is only at 126, at 122, im cofident that the class gap would be significant and Olivares wins there.
............Hamed is just awkward and strong and powerful enough to turn the trick at either weight, as Olivares could be hit and hurt. Tough to say.
