Ruben Olivares vs Alfonso Zamora at bantam

Alan Rudkin is my dad Dempsey, he said Ruben was the best he fought. Me dad and Walter were good mates as well enemies. Walter said they earned a lot of money together.
Do you read Spanish? You should check out the Informador: Hemeroteca site got some good Mexican fight reports in it including some of Chucho Castillo's early fights. Fights you might of seen.

 

Alfonso Zamora would have to get lucky in a bout with Ruben Olivares, a vastly superior fighter.

I think Zamora hit harder but Olivares was the superior fighter overall, and not too far behind in power. (Can anyone imagine a scenario where Arguello doesn't decapitate Zamora early or at least mid-rounds?) Zamora with a puncher's chance, but Olivares is just in a different league.
