Who do you favor in this bantamweight war? Both Olivares and Chandler were considered the best bantamweights of their era. How well does Chandler hold his own against a powerhouse monster like Olivares?

Olivares is in my top five favorite fighters of all time but Chandler will give anyone a headache at 118. I do think that best against best, Olivares wins by late round KO. That being said, Chandler was close to his best way more often than Rockabye Ruben. In a ten fight series, I could see Joltin' Jeff winning four, or maybe five of the bouts.

I don't know that Chandler was as good as Lionel Rose, though he was certainly a very good fighter. At his best Olivares would beat him.
