You don't understand **** about the NAS or ATC in general, you high school graduate. All areas are sectorized. Unless you're stupid enough to think one person is working all high, low, departure and arrival sectors in the NorCal Tracon. atsch

No sir thats not what I think, However your theory about these breaks you get, your post count shows you to have allot of breaks I mean **** when you look at your post history its as if your on ESB 24/7

Just be real with it and admit your an out of work ATC....

It is for the highest level facilities. New York Tracon, Atlanta Tracon, and SoCal Tracon are some of the busiest places in the world. But, like anything, the work rate ebbs and flows. Plus, being a good controller helps with your stress level. In general, you should adjust the level of facility you work at if you're that stressed due to traffic volume.

 

You would kick yourself if you knew the amount of breaks controllers get. Hell, you'd probably be madder than you already are.:rofl

Honestly dont see a real problem with them getting allot of breaks its safer for the travelers

But I dont get this why do they give you so many "breaks" yet work the pilots like ****ing dogs?

 

Most pilots only get paid for actual flight time. It's one of the reasons why they're so eager to be number one for departure and hate delays as much as the passenger. It's an incentive for them fly more often. Other than certain captains, most pilots get **** for pay and it's horrendous. But the industry just isn't what it used to be, so airlines can pay them whatever.
