Due to mandatories he'll probably face Lockett or Lorenzo.

Don't know if he'll have time to face Rubio, than his 2 mandatories before the highly credible sanctioning bodies start their little stripteases.

The fight is 3 months away. Allowing for 8 weeks of training they could drag this out for another 3 weeks or so. Lockett is scheduled to fight an opponent TBA on March 22nd. If Top Rank signed Lockett, and that fight turned out like Duddy's fight with Smichet, Uncle Bob would have a **** fit. It won't surprise me if they wait until after the 22nd to make an official announcement.
