No where have I read that the results of the hair follicle test are inconclusive.
The lab that did the test makes it clear there's no way of knowing how far back then can detect PED use as that window is differerent for every person.
What the test does prove is that Canelo had not been taking clenbuterol recently when you talk about weeks and maybe up to 6 months back. That fact is why someone like Victor Conte was able to say that speaks well to the probability that it was contaminated meat that caused Canelo to test positive for Clenbuterol.

 

Hair follicle tests instantly became inconclusive the moment Canelo passed one.
