Yes. Boxing is hugely popular in Mexico and amongst Mexican-Americans.

Whoever it putting on this show is counting on that to sell this show.

I thing most or all the fighters on the card are Mexican.

 

Maybe, I believe Arreola is shot to pieces, so do most people, I think Ruiz Jr could have fought somebody a little better but like you say.. with the new trainer it will be interesting just to see what has changed.

Also he has been out for quite some time, so I'll give him a pass


And Yeah, this PPV situation is ridiculous.

It isn't going to be long before it all goes pop, I really don't think it's sustainable when they are throwing out these types of fights.. Chisora Vs Parker just isn't a PPV headliner, it really isn't.

 

God why even bother with this fight.

Lol have to give it to Arreola for that low weight. But it's a bit too late. He should have shed that fat 12 years ago.

 

Once again, many were saying that Arreola looks slim, and he comes to the weigh in looking like that. He is not a heavyweight, as I have been saying for years.
And 228 is the lightest of his career. Unfortunately it is too late, he is 40 now and looked shopworn way back in 2015.
