The opening posters point was that a "focused AJ stops Ruiz" My point is that it is difficult to focus when you dont have a stable homelife, and we dont know how focused he will be this time because there are parts of his life that are crazy. Due to the random bitches and baby mothers. It will affect your performance if you have a lot of drama and crazy bitches in your life. Which trust me, comes with the territory of that lifestyle.
All those women and the limelight don't seem to affect Floyd. Do you think Floyd lives/lived a stable homelife? Or other fighters like Ricardo Mayorga or Dereck Chisora had a stable homelife? I doubt Chisora or Mayorga had a stable homelife, yet it doesn't affect them....
well they all do that. They get money and want to spend. I saw on youtube something about a day in the life of Ruiz. Very uninteresting. He is buying a new car and then eating pizza and shopping for clothing. It did not show anything which could really tell me who will win the rematch.
All this talk about AJ being focused or on the rag in the first fight or whatever is hokum. Dude got out boxed pure and simple. AJ is a physical specimen and when on his special "medicine" incredibly powerful. What he isn't, is a great technical boxer in the way Ali or Lennox were. Ruiz countered AJ literally almost to death. It was a skills issue. How AJ and his team react to that will be interesting . AJ, unless he gets a very early knockout, will have to box Ruiz in a different way. He cannot use the same tactics and combos he did the first time or he will get hurt again. The great ones were able to adjust to different styles and adapt their game to different situations. Not sure if AJ has that. This is a career defining fight for him. AJ has a good punchers chance. He has a lot of power. But, If he doesnt land early and knock out Ruiz, it will be a long painful night for him.
