Anybody happen to know how much Ruiz is worth these days? He has been around a long time and fought a lot of big fights.

Say what you want about Ruiz, I bet he would take this fight and possibly be effective. This guy has determination.

    My priorities (June 20):
    1. Chagaev
    2. Povetkin
    3. Ruiz
    4. Tony
    5. Holy (a bout that would also gather a crowd of 60000 people. And he wasn't that bad against Valuev)
    6. Maskaev (just to get rid of him finally & shut his mouth about his Vitaly-WBC deal)
    7-8. Johnson, Solis
    9. Briggs (he earned it with his trashtalks, like Haye)
    10-11. Sosnovski, Minto

Valuev and Arreola slready said no, so... (Giant would be after Chagaev, Arreola after Ruiz)

Dmitrenko&Chambers unavailable, but they'd be after Tony in my list

Toney is too old, fat & not a true Heavyweight. Wlad would get zero credit, even if he KO'd that slob.

Chagaev for the ring title is the fight the people want to see. ESB has spoken!!!!

It's sickening to see people still insult the man. The guy is a tiger in my opinion and one of the most underappreciated and misunderstood fighters ever. Only recently he said he is willing to go for the fraud Valuev and beat him but get robbed a THIRD time and now he wants to fight Wladimir on short notice.

    How can anyone disrespect that?

A late sub like this for Wlad is exactly what I'm afraid of. Better he pushes the fight back a few weeks and fights Haye on a different date rather than suffer through another bore like this.
