Ruiz vs Ortiz for the vacant WBC title?

The first common sense reply in this thread but unfortunately the WBC is not on the level, so expect Wilder v a soft touch for the belt if it isn't already on the line when he fights Helenius.
As far as Fury is concerned even though I have enjoyed his fights through the years, he has been a chicken **** champion on both occasions that he has been regarded as the champ. He ran from a first title defence against Wlad then disappeared from the ring for years. Then when he got his shots against a weak champion in Wilder he proceeded to fight no hopers and then retired. The dude sucks big time.
