    Ruiz has been inactive for a long time and is still a work in progress under Reynoso so it's a mistake to write him off just yet. Whyte has slower feet and is shorter than Parker, with poor stamina and a china chin. I don't think Whyte would be able to keep Ruiz off him for 12 rounds or be able to handle Ruiz's handspeed in close quarters.
