do u guys remember when Holyfeild would train with this backpack thing on and it had a coil of resistance bands on it, he would do shadow work with it etc. I was always amazed by this and later sought after a similar device, the closest i could get was the UTP from Tino Cebrano (Ultimate training partner)

 

I got to sleep sorry Ip , I've been up 24 hrs thinking i could decorate the hall stairs and landing whilst the wife was nursing her folks , i failed and had to get two Polish in to finish it , ****ing esb i would have been ok if i hadn't spent half the day talking about ****ing tent fighters atsch.
