Great stuff! :cheers And I agree with MVC, definitely thread-worthy. Do it (if you hadn't already and I missed). I do wish I could hear you better, like CST80 said, but good stuff. Going to the 2nd one now. :thumbsup
Yeah, that's why I provided transcripts (wasn't too hard translating myself :yep) when I realized how bad the audio was.
Yeah, getting audio can be tricky stuff sometimes. Even in quiet conditions, I use an external recorder on myself. Your mimicking of their styles was great! You definitely bring a more athletic and physically illustrative aspect to your presentation, that brings a cool element. And that's definitely NOT something I'll ever be adding to my segments. Am going to watch the follow-up shortly.
Good stuff, IB! After getting distracted I finally took a peak at the second one. I agree with what you said regarding Floyd's jab, and it's effectiveness when he puts his mind to it. It actually reminds me a little bit about when Hopkins once used to utilize a better and more frequent jab, something he got away from a lot in the years following the Trinidad fight. Also agree on Pac's need to snap that right hook. "Limp-wristed tomfoolery". :rofl
Here's my thoughts following the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight. Let me know. :smoke https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnhRdItslMs [yt]GnhRdItslMs[/yt]
Thanks zeratul. I miss Merchant a lot (and I've missed the heyday when him and Foreman made the ultimate commentating duo). I really do believe Larry would have nailed down the question better that Kellerman kind of flubbed. Thanks for watching! :good
Cheers for the vid Rumseld! I agree totally about the Pac post interview. Before the fight, I expected that Mayweather would win and I also knew he could win and make it look relatively easy (I was hoping for a closer fight) but I also hoped that he would be humble in victory, which he was. What I didn't expect was for Pac to respond like he did. Possibly trying to stir some potential for the rematch with his words because I don't think he did enough to warrant one with his performance ala Maidana 1.
Maybe he backed away because he didn't want to punch himself out? Btw you're intros are the slowest thing in the world Helooooo Rumsfeeeeellllddd Heeeeereeeeeee (Great video all in all though)
Cheers for watching CG and thanks for the feedback. :good I too was hoping for a closer fight. I definitely think Pac was coached to claim he won no matter what in the event he lost a decision. He just seemed, at least to me, uncomfortable even trying to claim the win. I don't know. Maybe he really did believe he won, but I'm not sure that's the case.
