You don't think Floyd will go for 50?

Only Cotto vs Canelo is worth it. Lemieux brings it, but I think he won't make a fight of it, he's going down quick. And I personally don't like Golovkin that much to pay to watch him butcher people. If it was a competitive fight, then yes.

Nothing against him but he's too mechanical. For example, with Mike Tyson, you knew Mike would wreck most of his opponents in a round or 2-3, but he was so entertaining to watch. I don't feel the same with Golovkin.

    Hmmm..

I'd say overall, the best value for money is Lemieux-GGG if we consider card as a whole, I think it'll be the most entertaining.

Canelo-Cotto is by far the best fight though.

Floyd-Berto is certainly not PPV worthy, even with the decent UC

GGG-Lemi, if the price isn't too high, certainly is, also the UC is very good (with Chocolatito)

Cotto-Canelo for sure though, the ME itself being a classic PR-Mexico rivalry, they'll also probably add a decent fight on the UC to seal it as a good PPV card

Your views definitely seem to reflect those of the majority of boxing fans.

I have a suggestion for a Rummy's Corner I'd like you to consider. It may be on the serious side, but.... I was actually sickened by some of the outcomes of these matches which were never even remotely competitive and I'm not sure why the sanctioning bodies even allowed some of them.

Even though I'm sure you don't want to be drug into any fights about Al Haymon and is he good or bad for the sport but the Boxing atrocities that he carried out over the past two days really need to be brought to light, his mismatching has gotten to the point where its dangerous and he's going to get someone killed or the very least irrevocably hurt.

Beginning very inappropriately on the 9/11 card.

Stevenson Vs Karpency, very dangerous matchup Karpency was complaining of nausea and a headache after the first round against Fonfara and was dropped by Murat, he never stood a chance he was no hoper that was a disgraceful voluntary defense. He's lucky he didn't get badly injured against a murderous puncher like Stevenson.

Dillon Carman Vs Razor Ruddock, Haymon put this old man in there in a show in Canada against a guy with 9 wins 8 by KO who happened to be a Canadian knowing full well what the probable outcome would be, well Ruddock was knocked out cold and was lucky it wasn't worse.

Prichard Colon vs Vivian Harris, Colon brutally KO'd Harris for the 9th time who was brought in on a few days notice, could have had disastrous consequences.

Less than 24hrs late on 9/12
Browne Vs. Campillo, Campillo brought in to be the sacrificial lamb once again against Browne he a pretty big puncher, it wouldn't have been so bad other than the fact that Campiloo wasn't just KO'd by Beterbiev he was viciously beaten down and that following the beating and KO from Kovalev and a KO loss to Fonfara, Campillo was KO'd as expected and in the first round.

Quillin Vs. Zerafa, Zerafa who's never been close to the level of someone like Quillin and he moonlights as a male model was brought in as an easy KO and he was almost killed, I was having flashbacks of Kovalev vs Simakov at the way he was so nastily knocked out, he had to be stretchered out and taken to the hospital, no updates yet, but he was responding thankfully.

Charlo Vs K9 Bundrage, K9 against a guy who's been campaigning at MW who's 6 inches taller and the KO artist of the family, K9 was dropped hard 4 times and luckily not badly hurt in another mismatch.

Then onto the PPV which shouldn't have been a PPV to start with.
Matweather Vs. Berto was laughable to begin with, and Floyd put on a embarrassing holding filled performance yet again.

Groves-Jack was close and could have been a draw...but of course Jack wins.

Salido very very clearly beat Martinez, and it was a draw.

Jhonny Gonzalez beat Oquendo which was closer but Oquendo not only won but did so by UD.

This has to set some kind of record for number of potentially dangerous mismatches and questionable decisions in less than a 24hr period.

It was a good idea, but I have been pretty busy on weekends lately, which has cut into my boxing time.
