The prison system in this country is a travesty where punishment is married to profit. A revolving door where rehab is looked upon as too soft. Where dudes get two years for non-violent crimes and come out violent criminals. Then they're put back into circulation, commit a even worse crime than before, and the soccer moms cry for justice. Rinse and repeat. It's truly one of the biggest scams of the modern age. Yeah, lock him in a box for 90 days. That'll make him a better man. ****ing disgraceful.

SHU is no joke, I believe Floyd when he says it ****ed him up. I went to prison at 18 and didn't care to follow the rules. I did most of my sentence in it (3 years). Even now being a college grad and doing well, I'm still ****ed up in the head. It's hard to explain but I have bad mental problems from it.

 

Floyd had a whole wing to himself where he had free range of movement and access to everything on that wing. Pathetic.
