If Golovkin changed his name to Gordo Grande Gimenez he might appeal to the wider Canelo Audience

 

Sergey D would've been a good fight but I still think Triple G fights Spike in LA, fingers crossed.
Dont forget last year around this time there were a lot of talks of GGG vs Saunders unification at the World Expo in Astana, in June. Financial terms were agreed, Warren says BJS signed the contract but it all got canceled because GB finally came to the negociations table. Oscar knew he'll lose a lot of money if GGG vs BJS happens, regardless of who wins. An undisputed champ in Triple G would've asked for more $$$.

I'd like Golovkin to skip the rematch with the shadiest A side in boxing but I wont judge if he doesnt because frankly I dont know how it feels to pass on a 20M $ check. Must be a b***** lol

 

I wanna fight GGG on 5 May. Fighters act like they don’t wanna get paid. Could I count on you guys to come support me? I promise it will be memorable. Sort of like this fight.

That's a travesty. Canelo cheating and then withdrawing is so bad for the sport. That was the best and biggest fight of the year. Man, I don't know how many fans of canelo there could be after this. Withdrawing is just adding insult to injury.

 

I'm disappointed. Golovkin hasn't been fighting often enough the past couple of years, with the long months of waiting for prima donna Jacobs, 8 months of inactivity after the first Canelo fight, and now the Canelo rematch being off.

 

Canelo waiting 1 more year for GGG to slow down. That is pretty pathetic that this fight isn't happening.

 

Yeah eff Canelo he should be tested year around from now on and GGG should try to fight BJS in June Canelo does not deserve a rematch after all this B.S caused by the Divs and her promoter. Everyone knows Canelo didn't deserve a draw the first time. I'm hoping they sue Canelo like wilder sued povetkin and we move on from this whole saga.

Good! Cancel the fight and reschedule in June or July. Fight your mando Dere or see if BJS takes the bait and cancels his fight in June to fight him. If not, then move on to Charlo. By the end of the year both BJS and GGG can fight for all the marbles.

 

Saw on utube that El Pollo will not fight for 2 years. El Pollo wants to wait until Golovkin is 40 years old, I think he planned it this way.................Oscar has done all he could to keep Golovkin from fighting anyone, wants to keep him inactive, keep him ring rusty.................Golovkin's next fights will be sabotaged............
