Rumor is Cotto vs Mayorga is next

    because those fights would be entertaining, cotto vs de la hoya would be a war, styles make fights, mayweather vs de la hoya is going to be boring, mayweather vs cotto will be exciting.

    I really dont see the problem... mayorga IMO will still be a dangerous fight if he gets to 147 for just about ANYONE... unless of course im totally overestimating how much he has left, which is very little if i go with my head and see the tito, oscar, and vargas fights for what they are.

    at any rate... the real issue im touching on is

    No... cotto fans and floyd bashers WILL STILL be able to talk all they want because

    Margarito will be lined up as his next opponent, by then... that will be ANOTHER fellow 147lb champion that cotto will have beaten... which will leave only ONE left... that being mayweather. So just because he fights Mayorga, before Margarito, who.. by the way, would be an awsome tune up FOR margarito in preperashion... has NOTHING to do with mayweather rematching oscar de la hoya again, and his biggest win by the end of 08 in the 147lb division is a ever more irrelevant Zab Judah.

    How in the **** can someone call Floyd a ***** for fighting Oscar then say that he would be a great fight for Cotto because it would be exciting. This is the stupidest sh*t I have ever seen. And once again it proves that it has NOTHING TO do with who Floyd fights. People just hate the guy and will find a reason to do so no matter what.

    first off dude... again, by the time this 'fight' got made, he will have ALREADY be lined up for yet ANOTHER beltholder....

    HE IS THE ****ING CHALLENGER DUDE!

    its not HIS responsibility to clean up the ****ing division... hes already BEAT a fellow beltholder, mosley, zab, and will have margarito in his NEXT fight...

    he is NOT the king of the division, he is but the number one CHALLENGER...

    him fighting mayorga with MARGARITO NEXT is FINE.... in fact there is not a better tune up FOR margarito in boxing then mayorga.

    lol.... by the time a mayorga fight is over.. he will have beat mayorga, gomez, judah, mosley, fellow champion quintana and have the OTHER champion in his sites.... leaving only MAYWEATHER and CLOTTEY as relevant names around him NOT on the comeback trail.

    by then.... mayweather wont have even FOUGHT a ****ing 147lber in 3 fights... and even then is limited to baldo and zab.

    how this is even a comparison for being on the same shadyness is ridicoulas

    floyd is p4p number 1 mother ****er, every move he makes will be criticized, he is set at a higher standard than cotto, or do you think they are both on the same level? cotto p4p no.2?:huh

    Like what I have already posted in a thread similar to this . . . I really hope it doesn't happen. Action wise this is gonna be good . . . but other than that it's a bul**** fight for Cotto, a waste of time.

    Paul Williams, Margarito or Quintana is the way to go.
