The only reason the Klits have been so successful is because of their size. If those guys were the same size as David Haye, they would be getting KO'd left and right.

 

So basically you're banking on Floyd to injure his hand and AM to take advantage of it.

 

No I am factoring that in as well, I dont have to bank on Floyd injuring his hand he does have problems with his hands, and if he is going to use that speed as you all say he will sooner or later its going to become Tonys fight, if Floyd is punching he is not blocking Tony simply just has to be Tony to win the fight.

you bringing up Tonys size is a good indicator that even you dont truely beleive that Floyd can beat Tony.

 

Wrong, the Klits have been successful becuase there isnt alot of talent in that divison its a weak very weak divison i mean when Holyfield can still compete with the belt holders that outta tell ya.

its not their size, Holyfield and Tyson both have been in there with men just as big and have been able to win and win in good fashion.

SPEED STILL KILLS...Floyd has fought better fighters than Tony...Tony has a straight forward style...he's fan friendly because of it...Tony doesn't have the speed to beat Floyd..Tony isn't a 1 punch lay you out either...Floyd has excellent defense and he moves alot when he has to...Floyd won't trade with Tony cuz he's not stupid...but he will box with him...If Santos can beat Tony than why can't Floyd...

If your talking about legacy than Floyds legacy will be 4x that of Tonys...aside from Cotto how many people that were lb4lb at the time has Tony fought?? Floyd fought Chico and Hatton when they were both considered top 10 in the world...I honestly can say I can't see Tony winning this fight...dont have the skills...if he comes straight forward for 12 rounds than your gonna have a lopsided fight..he needs a better game plan..I dont hate Tony..I'm not a fan of his or ne thing..I like his style because it pleases US-The fans..but I box and I think I saw you post somewhere that you stay in the gym too...A boxer beats a brawler 9 times out of 10 and I doubt the former best in the world would lose that 1 time...

 

I believe Floyd can win. But if AM wins, I know exactly why he wins. My question is if AM wants to fight PBF, why cant they agree to fight at exactly 150 on fight night?

 

No need to make a weight agreement unless you feel its too un fair to Floyd in other words if Floyd doesnt think he can beat Tony at his best, if Floyd thinks he needs that little bit of help, I am sure Tony will not disagree.

True, but what notable fights does Tony have at 135 or 135. He has 0 notable wins at 154. And from 135 to 154, thats only 4 weight classes, and only being a champ in 1. He has 1 more weight class to go to be on PBF's level, will he make it?:-(

 

But Tony does have some good notable wins at 147 the weight class in which Floyd resides.

 

Tony was 15 fighting at 135 and he had 8 fights there...At 15, Floyd was fighting at 106 and 112 in the ametuers..With that said To me it really doesn't matter if the fight is at 140, 147, or 154 or what weights they started at..maybe from a lb for lb prospective it might matter... But If a fighter can make the weight without illegal substances than its ok...Hearns was a beast making 147...

 

You are in the minority in your way of thinking but are very correct in what you say, if the fighter can make the weight then they can fight at that weight as long as they make the weight legit.

 

Actually, Floyd resides in the weight class of 401K retirement as we speak. Yes, Tony does have a great resume at 147. He man handled Cintron twice, got a win over Clottey, crushed Cotto in a very big upset, & he put up a good fight against PW. He's about to add SSM to his resume. Yes, he has a great 147 resume, but what about 135, 140 & 154. PBF won a title at 154, did AM?

 

Because true greats aren't pussies like that. I wonder if Roberto Duran asked if Marvin Hagler could come in at 160 for their fight? My guess is no. Thats a bigger size difference than Floyd/Margarito.
