Also I noticed when the interviewer came at Hatton he was looking around for a bit of support and Mayweather was just ignoring him, laughing and joking with other people. When Pac was interviewed Roach was right at his shoulder. The chemistry doesnt seem to be there between Hatton and Snr.

That being said they dont have to be best friends - they've just got to get the job done. Still saying Hatton in 9.

The body doesnt respond like that. Hatton looked very gaunt. His lifestyle has caught him up and he will feel it in the fight and into the later rounds even if it does go that far.

You can see it in his face. Hatton was bone dry at the weigh in. Thats a guy that struggled to make weight and needs to move up because his bodys grown. His lifestyle has finally caught him up.

Spot on. Here's Hatton at his last weigh in looking like Skeletor. Come fight night he looked like a powerhouse so no reason to think this fight will be any different.

Boxers will always have problems with Sr. but like you said, boxers and trainers don't have to be friends. I mean his own son kicked him out of his life.

I noticed that too but to be fair theres not many trainers and fighters who are as close as Manny and Freddie Roach.

Yeah I still think that he'll be fine tomorrow night. And I'll admitt that Hatton looks dry as a bone here. But honestly Ricky looked worse in teh face this time round. Probably the worst I've ever seen him look which is saying something. You could see it more in his face then in this fight. He's certainly getting close to the point where he'll have to move up or retire. It might not be that much of a difference but to be honest when you have so little room to get it wrong little differences can be worrying.

Hatton needs to win early. Stamina or facial damage will lose him the fight if it goes any longer than 6
