Rumors that C5 might be pulling out of boxing

    Just watched Hearn on BNTV talking about the Froch fight and in a throwaway comment he said there are rumors that C5 are pulling out,has anyone else heard anything seems odd considering the viewing figures they have been getting.

    They had back to back cards in December but nothing since except that Degale might be fighting on the 23rd of March,I would of thought that they would of had a date for Mick in feb but mayby it`s just a gap and the rumors are nothing and they will have Degale in March and Fury in April.

    Urgh... would be a silly decision. Don't they usually get good ratings for their boxing?

    What are they gonna replace the boxing with? Some **** like Toddler's and Tiaras that only ******s watch?

    I haven't heard anything about C5 pulling out of boxing, I think perhaps Hearn would like it if they were as then there would no doubt be a few fighters that may be seeking a new promoter, doesn't sound like anything more than a rumour though.

    He could well be,i don`t think there is much in it sombody probaly is putting 2 and 2 together and making 5 just because there is no shows on the schedule yet.It would be a real shame if they pulled out they seemed to be taking more of an interest with Degale and Galahad headling shows

    If they do this it will be a bitter pill to swallow for us boxing fans. Boxing on terrestrial TV is a wonderful thing, losing it would be a real shame.

    Hopefully this is just Hearn ****-stirring.

    Hope not. Boxing has to stay on terrestrial television for the good of the sport and for the growth of new fan bases.
