    From Twitter Sources.

Now that AJ has to fight Povetkin next, rumors are swirling that Wilder is to face the mighty Dominic Breazeale next

Makes sense. Joshua and Wilder both need to take care of a mandatory.

Ive said this so many times on other threads on here. I knew there was a big chance it was guna end up like this, Breazeale got positioned into place by the WBC months ago. I would rather the big one happened next but that fight is guna happen, eventually, touch wood.

Im already looking forward to it, the beef can get going on the social media again then we have a fight with spite. I even class Breazeale as a technically better Boxer than Wilder but i think he is just too slow to be able to actually force Wilder to do some up close Boxing. Wilder should be able to fire off a bomb, step out of range and repeat until something lands sweet where he will finish the job. Im guessing their height and reach are guna be pretty similar but the speed isnt, Breazeales only chance is to counter one of Wilders left jab-straight rights. Be funny if he managed it though.

For all his boasting, Wilder never had any intentions of going to England to fight Joshua.

It would be poetic justice if Breazeale knocks Wilder out and silences his sickening verbal diarrhea.

We knew this months ago DB confirmed. Also we get to compare Aj-Db to Dw-Db.

Wilder weigh 215 vs Bear Breazele 260.

Breazele is a ****ing wrecking ball. Crude but he is no pushover

This is no given for Wilder. DB is tough and could present problems for Wilder. If it happens it will be Wilder's toughest opponent to date. DB probably won't stop him but Wilder may have real problems stopping DB.

That's how you rule the yulaverse. By fighting a guy AJ knocked out 2 years ago.

This isn't anything new. We all knew Breazeale was next if we read between the lines. Breazeale, a Haymon fighter said he was next and penciled in for July or August. The WBC named him mandatory despite not being the number 1 ranked opponent or their Silver belt title holder and then the offer from Wilder/Haymon was to fight Joshua after September when they could easily slip in Breazeale as an interim fight.

Everything pointed to Breazeale next, even if tomorrow the Joshua/Wilder fight is signed and sealed, Breazeale would be next for Wilder. A leopard doesn't change it's spots and Wilder only fights Haymon fighters when given the choice, that always has been and likely always be his modus operandi.

I just hope once Wilder has fought Breazeale and Joshua fought Povetkin they are both still undefeated and the fight gets made, but I won't hold my breath.

I recall Breazeale being a living punchbag for Joshua. He can take a punch, I’ll give him that, but I can’t see Wilder struggling to land.
