Word is Eubank Sr. demanded all front row crowd had to wear Saville Row tailored suits and monocles. Eddie Hearns didn't agree and the fight fell apart.

 

Don't believe anything that comes out of Hearn's mouth.

He had to justify his shafting of Jr somehow.

 

Eubank Snr has had two days to try and defend himself......

 

Senior is delusional. When he first started negotiations with Hearn before he fought Blackwell, he wanted Jr to headline PPV fighting for British title. Clear case of a f%ckwit masquerading as someone with intelligence.

 

^ Sr. is highly intelligent, he's just got an inflated sense of his and his sons monetary worth.

 

Hopefully the Eubank's learn from this. His son must be pretty ****ed off with him

 

CEJ sure has got a LOT of press out of this.

He'll be a household name soon all from winning a British title and having a famous dad.

 

I think Senior was trying to undermine Hearn's deal with various touts. As has been previously pointed out numerous times it seems like the vast majority of these tickets go to touts pre-general sale who then sell them for much more than what Eubank wanted to initially charge.

This was English trying to take money out of the touts pockets and put it in his and his son's.

 

Snr needs to sit down and shut up for himself

Agreed. Something needs to be done about Eddie's shady dealings with ticket touts though.

 

Was Eubank going to sell the tickets on general sale at face value or at the inflated price the touts usually sell at?

 

He declared bankruptcy 2-3 years ago. Such a smart guy, blew through all his millions on cars and tailored suits :rofl
