He is trying to see how long it takes for people to realize he has never actually beaten a ranked HW. The best HW he has beaten is probably Buentello or Mark Hunt coming off a two year layoff and two losses; so realistically the best HW he has ever beaten is Paul Buentello.
Exactly, you have forgotten about his win over Kharitonov though. I think his performances in K-1 (which I give him credit for) has added to the hype. Also maybe the fact he keeps on growing has gotten people excited? I've said this before, what he does in K-1 and what he does in MMA should be kept separate. Don't get me wrong, the guy is talented but I don't understand the hype. I know Coker wants him on the CBS card (to hype up a potential fight with Fedor) and named Rogers and Bigfoot as potential opponents. That would be a step in the right direction.
Kharitonov separated his shoulder and lost the first fight. He got a rematch and ****ing demolished Over-roid .
Yep, Kharitonov needs to be more active in MMA. It would be good to have him back in the mix. He would be a good addition to Dream/Strikeforce.
let him try those slow ass telegraphed knees from a weak ass thai clinch on fedor. End up in a sweep to knee lock finish.
