I just heard that the promoters are talking about this fight. Kessler has said that in terms of weight his best range is 164-168, but he probably go do 160.

Said something similar here for instance:

    Who wins this fight?

If true, Martinez should definitely take it. Could see him giving robo-Kessler a lot of problems.

What's this all about... Is Kessler suddenly fighting everybody in 3 different divisions or something.

Kessler vs Pascal, Kessler vs Bute, Kessler vs Martinez, Kessler vs winner Stieglitz/AA... the list goes on and on..

No way Kessler beats Martinez in his own division.

His KO over Green was nice, Martinez is an entirely different class though.

Yes, see the video. Sauerland explains why.

I think Mikkel deserves credit for being willing to fight across 3 divisions.

Sauerland apparently wants Kessler anywhere but 168.

Would be cool if someone made a GIF of the KO in real time.

All the ones I have seen are in Slow-motion.

Part of it is. The close up is not.

    This is normal speed.

Kessler would be drained at that weight and Martinez would outbox and circle him all night long.

At this stage Kessler could beat guys like Stieglitz , Abraham , Johnson , Cleverly or Shumenov.

I've yet to see a close-up in real time. The first angle in that gif is real time, the second is a slow mo from a different angle and the third is a slow mo of the first angle again.

I got sno problem with that! sounds good to me! Kesslre trying to fight the best from 160-175! Wish more boxers of his status would be trying to do that!

Kessler could easily keep making 5 million plus fighting guys like Green in Denmark!

Bring on Kessler vs. Martinez @ 164! Don't dry him out to 160. . If Sergio has balls, he'll take this fight. . . AFter Chavez, I guess. . Unless Chavez loses to Lee, which he damn well might. . .

This is why I like catchweights - it is easier, and fair to both boxers to make the best fights INTRA-weight divisions!!!!
