Ive heard a few theories on why its banned. some say it was lobbied out as it was going to send the textiles industry broke. hemp has so many multi dimensional uses there would basically be no need for cotton or nylon or wood paper etc.
some say the medical industry had it banned because why would you buy their pills when you can just smoke a joint and fix your headache.
personally i think the government just doesnt want you ****ing around with something thats going to profoundly alter your conciousness and have you asking questions like "why are we workng so hard and why are we at war"?.
simple as that

The CBD dosage doesn't have anything to do with when you harvest it.

It depend if it's an Indica strain or an Sativa strain, and TBH CBD, from expereince, doesn't have anything to do with painkilling either IMO.

To put it in a simple way way THC is what make you "high" and CBD is how coah potato you feel...

It's the CBD that give people the "down", when you don't feel like doing anything ans you fall asleep watching TV.

Since it's easier to grow Indica strain it's the most common thing you'll find on the street.

Most medical cannabis is Sativa strain though and you don't feel as much "lazyness" the with the indica !

 

What ? Man I think you've missed something...Indica and Sativa is the genetic of the plant...not when you harvest it.

The petrol, textile and pharmaceutical industry don't want the plant to be legal either way, it would ruined them !

That's is dying and going to prison from human stupidity I'm sorry it's not the weed that killed the guy sister, it's him.

Bottom line is for as long the human race had medical history, no one on the planet died from an OD of weed, while in the other hand 2000 people each year die because the took too much caffeine and loads of people die from alcool poisoning.

I know you already said you would be in favor of all drug being legal, but I just wanted to clarify this... !
