Why is it bogus ? The only thing I'm saying is that cannabis isn't lethal no matter how much you take, the opposite can't be said about alcool and caffeine. I'm not talking about long term user of alcool or caffeine, I'm talking about 22 years old student dying because they have been drinking too much in one night and just die of alcool poisoning. This is death by alcool, I challenge anybody to do the same with weed. I've tried many many time, but failed miserably each time... There is no link whatsoever with cannabis and mental health problem. The only thing cannabis can do is TRIGGER an already existing disorder. You can't become schizophreniac because you've smoked too much weed.
You are missing the point here... It's now weed that told your mate to get in is car and drive, he made the decision. Same way the alcool didn't command someone to take is car after dirnking all night. There no difference in both crash...well...depend on the point of view. I would never take my car after I drank, but I don't care taking my car after smoking cause I know I can drive, and I know it sounds like I'm an old time alcool user but...it's true, weed and alcool doesn't affect people the same way. You will still be able to walk in a straight line after smoke a big blunt, won't be able to do the same if you drink 26oz of vodka. Bottom line is : The person driving still made the decision, who cares if it was weed or alcool at the end of the day, weed didn't kill nodoby, alcool didn't kill nobody, stupid decision killed someone !
**** I could do with a joint after reading this [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgWUnuB6quc[/ame]
I've been working too much lately and I havn't been able to smoke that much....bought 14g 2 weeks ago and I almost havn't touch it...suck...
yes it does, the longer you leave the plant the more THC is converted to CBD and CBN, its states it in the 2 articles i posted, clink on the link and read all of it not just the article i posted, as i said and it says it in the article CBN and CBD give you the couch lock and they have more medicinal components than THC
First off your link doesn't work. Second then why are there specific strain with more CBD then other strain ? It doesn't make any sense that the longer you grow Northen light let's say the higher the concentration of CBD will be. Check that link, the amoun of CBD is specified for the strain... This is Blue Cheese, a Indica based strain, with 1.3% of CBD http://barneysfarm.com/?l=en&i=21 This is Dr Grinspoon strain, a Sativa based strain and it contain 0.4% CBD in it. http://barneysfarm.com/?l=en&i=7 I'm pretty sure CBD is strain related ! On another note, thanks for this debate, otherwise I would never have learned that there is a barneys seeds distributor in montreal !!!!
Here man found it on another website for ya, just as i thought you had me second guessing myself, last paragraph especially, i had some smoke once that was left go a month after its usual time, didnt really get too high from it but i had some of the best nights of sleep ever in my life, i found it great for training as my body was recovering pretty well over night as i was in constant deep sleep where your muscles recover the most in that state, its medical properties are extremely underrated and i agree with most of the other stuff you talk about on this thread the article is from here http://www.marijuana.com/bible/5 The harvesting, drying, and curing of a mature cannabis plant is the climax of the growing experience, it is the final step in claiming cultivation independence. Although these are the last steps of the cultivation process, they are of the most critical to the final product. The harvest, for example, depending on the cultivators ability to judge maturity, can greatly increase or decrease the levels of THC, as well as the levels of CBN and CBD. Cannabis is harvested when the flowers are ripe. The best indicator of ripeness is the color of the flower's pistils. Over the course of the flowering period, these pistils begin to die and, depending on the strain, turn different shades of brown, orange, and so on. Many cultivators choose to harvest when 60-75% of the pistils, or "hairs" have changed colors. Optimum harvest times will vary widely with each Cannabis strain, so the best way to find that perfect harvest time is to experiment! Try cutting buds off during different times of flower (one at 6 weeks, then one at 7 weeks, etc.) to determine which time period suits you best. When picked early and immaturely, Cannabis flowers will contain a lower concentration of CBN and CBD while maintaining a high amount of THC content. For some, flowers that have been picked a early are desirable, as the higher level of THC produces a very 'up' and cerebral high. When Cannabis buds are picked in a more mature state, the levels of THC drop and the levels of CBN and CBD increase. This fluctuation is cause for a more 'down' and stoney high. Sit back and have some food already prepared!
its all good, you are right it is strain related as you mention, i never doubted this and only read it in the article i just posted for you a few minutes ago, however it is related to the age of the plant too
Well if this really true it's the first time I hear about it....maybe I should send a email to Roje Cervantes to confirm this !:good Let me check some stuff and I'll come back to you about that !
no shame in hearing about it for the first time, i was only ever told this once from a guy that knows pretty much everything about growing because he sampled in growing medical stuff, i was his lab rat, good experience and great for gettin that sleep, especially when the body is aching from training and your sleep can suffer when your tossing and turning in bed your body is sore, not to mention the anti inflammatory properties in it too
The difference is a weed related car crash is extremely rare compared to alcohol yet alcohol is a booming industry no politician will ever challenge. I've know three people who died in college because of drunk drivers, or in one case a mix of alcohol and oxycotin. Here is an article from only two days ago about a college student dying from alcohol alone: http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/sns-tsn-agn-allen-death-presbyterian-20120206,0,856713.story Google news college+alcohol death, and you will find a new tragedy every couple days, weed is harmless compared to that :deal Statistics for US Only: this year, 10,839 people will die in drunk-driving crashes - one every 50 minutes. One in three people will be involved in an alcohol-related crash in their lifetime. One in three 8th graders drinks alcohol. Every minute, one person is injured from an alcohol-related crash. Teen alcohol use kills about 6000 people each year, more than all illegal drugs combined. Car crashes are the leading cause of death for teens and one out of three of those is alcohol related. http://www.madd.org/statistics/

I have smoked weed every single day for over a decade. There is no ****jng chance it numbs pain, if anything it makes you sorelaxed when you do get hurt its even more jarring or painful!!!!
