SN are on the slide especially if the rumours about setanta are true.

FWs really going to have to re-evaluate his insistence on exclusivity, and just start competing with other promoters by putting on better shows.

I tell you what is really stingy with Warren

he pulls all his sport network big fights off youtube

the latest one - Hopkins V Calzaghe

then I wandered in HMV and seen a box set of the fight for £15.99

    Warrens a money grabbing ****

Sports Network must be doing okay, if they can have someone like Enzo Mac, who loses his WBO title to David Haye, then fights for his old title in his next fight, not that i'm saying any kind of influence is involved here!

Speaking of the Haye fight, Warren did say he would retire if David Haye won, but then stated 'if it's what the fans what then i will do it'. He has that much confidence in his fighters, he can make bold claims like that, although it sounds good, never has any real intention of backing them up. Makes you wonder why Calzaghe didn't sign for a partnership!! :yep

I think Setanta signing with Top Rank and Haye was a huge blow for Warren - who has left Sky, had a pop at ITV, and by signing exclusively with Setanta backed himself into a corner.

Thing is, it was only exclusive one way. Alex Arthur vs Nicky Cook may turn out a decent fight, but I wouldn't imagine it would be as good as Cotto vs Margarito, Pacquiao vs ???, Pavlik vs ??? etc etc.

Frank needs to learn that serving up mismatches for bogus WBO titles and interalphabetty straps won't get him anywhere. Meaningful fights for meaningful belts = success :deal
