Seems like a very risky strategy... Fury's hardly predictable, and hasn't ever seemed keen on fighting Joshua.

I don't think Warren would want to take that gamble - even if he had enough on Dubois to get him to throw it, which I also doubt.

Where else could Fury earn such a large amount of money other than the fight with AJ?

When Fury hears the fee he'll get from the title fight with AJ, he'll dive right in. After all, Fury works for Warren. They're all going to get rich together, Warren, Fury, Hearn and AJ.

Not really - Fury works for Fury.

Fury might jump if the money is silly enough, or he might not - it depends how much he needs money and how worried he is about his legacy if he loses (which is entirely possible).

And if Fury didn't go after AJ?

Joshua and Hearn would get rich with the belt without Warren in the picture.


If Warren instead just let Dubois give it his best shot... And he won... Warren still has a champ, who could well be champ for a decent portion of the next decade, rather than throw away a belt and a likely future champion.

It just doesn't make sense, IMHO - if Joshua wins, there'll be no conspiracy theories needed because he's the better fighter and it's entirely reasonable to think he's likely to win.

Na not salty. I fully expect AJ to win but chucked some value bets on Dubios that has a nice return.

Not quite as good as the returns I got on Parker v Wilder, but enough to make my weekend more enjoyable.
