This is a big worry to me too, kotelnik is exactly the sort of fighter that can capitalize on those sort of mistakes. Kotelnik is patient and is a tough mofo so he wont get too excited when khan is getting those flurries off. Unless khan has massively improved at 140 in terms of punch power then this is a 60/40 fight for kotelnik. Khan is an underdog.

Be interesting to know these 'sources'.... Roach and Ariza speak highly of Khan, granted it is their job to do such things and hype their own fighter, but still..

I think Khan will take this by decision.

Khan @ 140lbs will be a different animal. (Don't expect him to be hurt whatsoever!)
I look for him to take the crown tonight.

    But War Vasquez!

He has more than enough power to leave Khan on the canvas ala Spinks vs Tyson if he can land a stiff enough jab. That is how bad Khan's chin is - It's remarkable, really.

Thats how i see it too. I also wouldnt bet my house that Kotelnik is not able to ko Khan. Kotelniks style is primary just not made to ko people, but if he knows his best chance to win is to ko Khan, he may decide to commit to his punches a little bit more than usual. He may be forced to take a little bit more risk. And he has the technical abilities to deliever a perfectly timed counterpunch.

I feel Maidana would have been a tougher fight for Khan than Kotelnik, actually. Maidana could certainly have banged him out.

I got the impressoin from the sparring clip i watched that Khan's upper body movement, footwork, shot selection, and guard have all gotten better.

Gents...I smell the possibility of a robbery tonight!!! I foresee a close fight, with Khan getting floored (maybe more than once) but coming away with the decision.

Not betting on this fight though which tells you I'm not sure how it'll pan out.
