Manny signed with top rank for two more fights, did everyone have amnesia all of a sudden?

He can't afford to stop with the amount of hangers on he's got.

He had to get an advance from this pay day.

I doubt he's retiring, although that depends on how he looks tomorrow. But that said, having signed a contract extension w/ TR just means IF he fights, he fights under their banner. He can retire any time he wants.

How many times have we heard about him possibly retiring?

Probably trying to get the last few PPV buys in by claiming it could he his last.

Too much money in this game especially if he fights Floyd (and they will don't worry).

I'd be beyond shocked if this were Pac's last fight.

    Yeah, he did.

I'm sure he has a clause where he can retire and walk away from it, though.

ROFL... who starts these rumors? He's 33 and can still make a ton of money. No way in hell, he's even stating in interviews all over the place now that he's accepting 45/55 and full drug testing for Mayweather. Don't be ridiculous, too much easy money out there.

No way Manny Pacquiao would retire this early there's WAY too much money to be made.

Nah he won't retire, when he definitely is going into a fight knowing it's his last he will definitely announce it before at the press conference to sell the fight so people will tune in, if anything I only read recently that he plans to fight through end of 2014, so two fights a year in both calender 13 and 14.
With April 20th being his next outing. Another reason he won't retire is because he is need of the money, he has taken an advance for this Marquez fight so that shows you he has no money what happened to all these mega fight purses of $20-30 million, he has blown it gambling and flying out 50 friends everywhere with him and his political campaign.

Bold prediction: He'll barely scrape a win over JMM, finally suffer the wear and tear after 4 wars, and be soft enough to be retired by Rios next year. :deal

Not going to happen. He has a couple more fights left. It will be a very sad day when PAC and Floyd both go though
