I agree, but I think it's odd timing for that story. If Tarver loses, he won't even have the option to fight Dawson. Anyway, it was obvious throughout last year that Tarver was just talking ****. He knows he doesn't have the goods now to beat Chad.
Tarver doesnt fight young bulls plain and simple. He ducked a Johnson rubber match and Adamek wanted him(not saying he ducked Adamek but he surely didnt want to fight him)thinking he was taking the path of least resistance in Hopkins(to further his "Legand Killer"persona)and it back fired. Tarver is trying to slip and talk his way into the Hall Of Fame.
Tarver needs to retire he talks a lot of ****, he don't fight regulary, and now is shot and old. So he would lose to Dawson, but he have a punchers chance, just like Floys SR. said Dawson had a big problem, he don't have a chin, and donsen't have the big heart to compete. But the guy had a lot of skills just need to be like Roy dnace and box and don't slug because you will get KTFO.
Tarver is finished and Dawson has a Glass Jaw. Dawson is not the future of the Light Heavyweight Division. He will get brutally KOed.
How doesn't Tarver have a chin?:huh He may not be the Tarver from 2002 or 2003 but i've never seen his chin as suspect.
