    I prefer to do sprints during the run, not just at the end. good for bringing run times down :good

    Brimley is the nearest, 200 metre Shuttles while bringing your recovery time down. Interestingly Peter Coe Sebs Father always said the Hard work wasnt on the track but in the Gym. Seb use to do 200 then 30 secs rest then go again. Always 200 in 22 secs 10 times impressive, dont try it at Home :D
