Running advice.

    Just run in whatever you are comfortable.....the point is weight will not come off any faster really especially if you want it to stay off.

    The method you are using is if you want to cut weight to be honest....that will actually hurt your chances of losing weight in the long term as it will stress your body unecessarily.

    Try cling film mate... Also a good tip is to have a hair dryer handy when you finish your run. Just keep that on you while you remove your wrap. This will increase your hand speed.

    If I were you I'd just skip rope in a 200 deg F sauna while wearing a sauna suit, a weight vest and ankle weights.

    That should get you a good workout.
