des, you are much better off consulting a proper training website, i can pm some good ones if you want, as most of the info given on this forum is extremely useless and uninformed

    Bobby

so am i,a cruiser. just saw you re a heavyweight and it looks like you are a puncher and finish your opponents in the early rounds.

i had my twelve rounder last week and without running i wouldnt have been able to go thru.

here in europe, running is an important part of training. we do sprints,800m in less than 3min once a week. usually on SAT morning.

easy jogging daily for about 45min helps to get the lactate out of the body.

You could help improving the forum by putting them in their place. Of course every post here is just an opinion, it's everybody's own responsibility to filter out the useful info.

You have a darned good record there. If you ever fight in the states, if it's anywhere near me, I'll try to make it. When is your next fight?

yeah.. i find it really hard to believe the headgear will go....

the removal of headgears will mean alot of kids not being allowed to fight... not me my parents couldnt care less bout them onm or off.. shows how much they love me lol....

another thing it will cause is the age limit of fighting to go up here... its already 14 if the headgears go my bet is that peeps wont be fighting until there 16
