I disagree. Not everyone is built to be a Golovkin or a Rios. Therefore, I believe the rules should be able to accommodate those who lack the physical gifts of others. Otherwise it's completely unfair and favors a certain set of fighters. If a judge wants to penalize a fighter for "running" then that's their prerogative.

You have not learnt anything have you?

No one is favouring anyone what we are saying is fighters shouldn't be rewarded for running and getting out pitty patty punchers this is not the Amateurs

its easy to run away and land few shots here and there but its hardy to land effective blows

running in boxing is looked down upon and people boo for a reason

That's fine...boxing is very subjective.... right now boring boxing is what we have to endure and accept....

..once Mayweather is gone and fighters like GGG, Canelo, Chocolatito take over, defensive boxing will be looked down upon again like in the 70s, 80s, and 90s.

Canelo is only taking over the 155 lb division. When he has to fight at 160, he will get dusted. Oh yeah, did Mayweather run from Alvarez?

I don't mind guys like Paulie, he'll look to score punches and isn't afraid if his opponent happens to land on him. Some guys seem terrified that an actual fight might break out and look to avoid it at all costs.

Just because a guy doesn't have power doesn't mean he is a runner. Saying people that are turned off of running only like power punchers is false.

Look at IsaL's comment, boxing_master. This is how you spread your opinion without being an idiot. Although I disagree with him I respect his opinion.

That's perfectly OK but I'll still enjoy a good slick guy. And I like everyone you mentioned so even better.
