Running/jogging improvement

    i run up and down sets of stairs over and over...
    helps so much. defiantly worth doing

    Adding tempo runs and high intensity interval runs greatly improved my overall speed. I used to only do long slow distance runs but as soon as I added these compotents to my running I noticed I knocked almost a minute of my 5km time in a week. I can run 5km in just under 25mins and my best mile time is just over 6 mins.
